Our Highest Priority

Christ Presbyterian prioritizes the worship of God, the proclamation of His Word, and the edification of His people.

In the preaching of the Word and the administration of the Sacraments, Christ the Lord is given to us each week with fresh power and grace.

Sunday School is at 9:15 for adults and youth and our Worship is at 10:30.

What will you find inside our church?

A diverse group of people of all ages, some wearing ties and some wearing jeans.

We have a blended style of worship with our main priority being the preached word. Our music worship is primarily acoustic guitar with piano and bass accompaniment. We believe in songs that praise the full nature of God, and so we sing both hymns and contemporary music. And each Lord’s day we celebrate the Lord’s Supper together as a beautiful, family meal.

Most importantly, you’ll find followers of our Lord, Jesus Christ, who are coming together with a desire to grow in holiness and united in sharing the love of our Lord with others.

Christ Presbyterian Church came into existence in 2004 as a mission of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). We have membership in the Providence Presbytery of North Alabama, and serve and worship our Lord alongside over 1,500 other PCA churches across the United States. We join with gospel-believing saints across the world and throughout the ages in proclaiming Christ as Savior and Lord!
